Good delegation starts with a designed brief
An agent can execute more steps, but it cannot guess what “good” means to you. A strong brief reduces rework and risk.

Name the deliverable, its audience, and the decision it should support.

State which files, apps, websites, and time period it may use.

Set limits
Clarify what it must not modify, publish, send, or assume without permission.

Describe structure, tone, sources, formulas, and quality checks.

Verify facts, calculations, permissions, and irreversible changes before sharing.
Start with real, reversible work
Choose a lesson, copy the example brief, and adapt it to a small project before expanding permissions.
